Math goals:

Thank You

“Thank You” are the words we say,

Not just on Thanksgiving Day.

“Thank You” are two special words.

Say them loud so they are heard!

We give thanks in many ways!

Classroom News

 

      Report Cards will be coming home Today. Please review your child’s report card, sign the bottom and return. You may keep the sight word list and the letter, sounds, and numbers list. Please review any words, letters, sounds, or numbers that your child was unable to correctly recall.  

 

      Kindergarten Thanksgiving Lunch will be Friday, Nov. 17. Lunch for Mrs. Boswell’s Class will begin at the normal time of 10:25. Mrs. Walker’s class will begin approximately around 10:35, or as soon as the other class finishes getting their lunches. Parking is usually crowded, so please arrive in time to find a place to park. Once you arrive at school, please sign in and wait in the cafeteria or in the hallway by the office. We will meet you as we walk to the cafeteria. If you are unable to attend, please make arrangements for a grandparent or family friend to have lunch with your child so they

will not feel alone.

 

      Kindergarten will attend the Motlow Play on Thursday, November 16th. Due to limited seating, parents are unable to attend the field trip. Permission slips must be returned in order for your child to attend the field trip. Also, if you have any outstanding charges due to the school; your child cannot attend. We will eat lunch in our classroom after we return from Motlow.

 

      Everyone is excitedly adding their Book It stickers for their books read each morning!! Thank you for your help at home! November Book It will be due Thursday, Nov. 30.
