Lunch Menus & Payments

Student Account
Each student has a Personal Identification Number or PIN number. This number will be the last four numbers from their Student ID number. This number will remain the same throughout their time at Franklin County Schools. 

To access their lunch account, the students will be asked to type in their PIN number. 

If parents would like limitations put onto their child’s account i.e. “ice cream only on Fridays”, they will need to do is contact the school’s cafeteria manager or the Food Service Office

Depositing Monies into an Account

Parents can send cash or check with the student, make a deposit in person, or via the on-line system. If you send a check, please make sure your child’s name and PIN number is on the check.

Lunch Meal Loans

We encourage all parents to take an active role in monitoring their child’s lunch account. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your child’s account to cover all purchases.

Negative balance alerts will be done by a phone call or email to the parents every week, when possible. Please keep your personal contact information updated with the school. 

We encourage all parents to monitor their child’s account on a weekly basis. You can do this through several methods. 

1. Using the on-line system, https://www.myschoolbucks.com/ 
2. Contact your school’s cafeteria manager.
3. Contact our Food Service Office.

 

Free & Reduced Meal Program

To apply for free or reduced-price meals, families should complete the application sent home on the first day of school or print one 
from the link below, sign it, and return it to your school's cafeteria or mail it to our office. Applications may be requested from the 
school office or school nutrition manager at any time during the school year.
