Please send a small snack to school each day with your first grader.

It is strongly encouraged that you send your child a water bottle or thermos of water to school to keep on his/her desk. Students may refill their bottles at the water fountain instead of drinking at the fountain.

I was born and raised in Pennsylvania. I moved to Belvidere, Tennessee in 1996. I completed my Bachelor's of Science from Middle Tennessee State University. I received my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Reading from Tennessee State University and furthered my education with a Educational Specialist Degree in Instructional Leadership from Tennessee Tech University. My husband was born and raised in the Broadview Community and attended Broadview Elementary School. We have three children; Andrew age 10, Hannah age 8, and Luke age 6. This is my 22nd year as an educator in Franklin County.
